Failure to follow these directions may result in a delay in processing or denial of your ban contest.
Some helpful tips:
* Don't argue about the rules. They are what they are, and they are enforced on the servers. If you don't like them, play somewhere else.
* We know the games are rated M - that means Mature, and you should act like it.
* We don't care who was playing your account. We have no way to verify this information and it is largely irrelevant. If you give another person access to your gaming account, you are responsible for their actions.
* Acting arrogant/angry/remorseless won't help. There's no point in lifting a ban if you are just going to break the rules and get banned again.
